Often not. We come to your vehicle and change or repair the tire where it is parked, which is how most of our customers skip both the tow and the trip to a shop. We do not tow vehicles ourselves. If the tire cannot be safely repaired or replaced where you are, we will tell you what we found so you can decide what to do next.
It depends on where the damage is. A nail in the tread can often be patched at your location. Damage to the sidewall generally cannot be repaired safely, and in that case the tire needs to be replaced. We will look at it first and tell you which one you are dealing with before starting any work.
Either, depending on what you need. If you have a usable spare, we can put it on. If the tire needs replacing, we can often source one, though it depends on your size and what is available that day. Tell us the tire size on the sidewall when you call and we will let you know the options before we come out.
A dead battery, a failing starter and a failing alternator can all feel the same from the driver’s seat. We can test the battery at your location and tell you what we find. If it is the battery, we can jump start it or replace it on the spot. If it points to the starter or the alternator, we can replace that part where you are when the job and the parts allow it.
Yes. We are a mobile service, so we come to the vehicle wherever it is parked, whether that is a store lot, an apartment complex, a workplace lot or a home driveway. When you call, give us the address or the nearest cross streets and tell us where in the lot you are. If the car is in a locked garage or somewhere a van cannot reach, mention that on the call so we can work it out with you first.
We handle vehicle lockouts, so for most cars you will not need to call a locksmith separately. We come to where the car is parked and use methods intended to open it without damaging the vehicle. Have your year, make and model ready when you call, along with where you are parked.
