What happens when you call
- You call (650) 898-3789, say where the vehicle is, and describe what it is doing. You do not need to know what is wrong — that is the point of the call.
- We tell you which service it is. If a roadside visit cannot fix it, we say so on the phone rather than sending a technician. We do not tow; if the vehicle needs a shop, we tell you.
- You get the price before a technician is dispatched.
- The technician comes to the vehicle, does the work on site, and checks the car starts or drives before leaving.
Which service do you actually need?
- The car will not start, dash lights are weak, or you hear clicking — that is a jump start.
- It has happened before, or the car dies again shortly after a jump — get the battery and charging system tested before buying anything; that is battery service.
- You already know the battery is finished — battery replacement, fitted at your location.
- The car will not crank at all, or the engine died while driving with the battery light on — that points at the starter or the alternator, and both are mobile replacements.
- Flat tire and you have a usable spare — tire change.
- Flat tire and no spare, or a nail in the tread — on-site flat tire repair.
- Keys shut inside the car — lockout.
- Empty tank — gas and fuel delivery.
What we do not do, so nobody wastes a call: no towing, and there is no shop, which means no brake work and no oil changes. If a vehicle needs a lift and a bay, you hear it straight.

Can you come to a parking lot, a driveway, or my workplace?
Yes. We are a mobile service, so we come to the vehicle wherever it is parked, whether that is a store lot, an apartment complex, a workplace lot or a home driveway. When you call, give us the address or the nearest cross streets and tell us where in the lot you are. If the car is in a locked garage or somewhere a van cannot reach, mention that on the call so we can work it out with you first.
