Wow wow wow! World class - best in class flat tire service. I had the perfect flat tire. Tire blew out super fast on Highway 17, in a 1961 VW bug with all the family in the car. Talk about a situation. Pulled over to a side street. Phoned SOS Roadside Service and OMG! They saved the day!! Was in route to Capitola for VW show. Steven was amazing - amazing - amazing. He reassured me they would get me back on our way, and he delivered. He communicated every step of the way, found a new tire replacement for my 61 bug at a great rate. Car is running Porsche alloys with less than 500 miles on them. They got everything all swapped out and installed perfectly. No scratches and new tire is perfect. Was down for only a short while and made it to our destination, best part of all we will make the show and have car in the event as planned. Flat tires are not ideal, but the SOS roadside service was a fantastic service. All got home safely off the 17. Thank you Steven and the team.

Had a really great experience with SOS Road Side Service. I was stuck in my work parking lot with a flat tire and Stevan picked up the phone on the first ring. He showed up quickly, swapped my tire with the spare, and made the whole situation way less stressful. Stevan was super personable, proactive, and gave me a bunch of helpful tips while he was helping me out. You can tell he actually cares about people and not just getting the job done fast. Really appreciate the help and getting me home safe like he promised. Definitely recommend calling SOS if you ever need roadside assistance.

I needed a last minute spare tire replacement on my 7x12" enclosed trailer. Stephen answered my call and showed up within 30 minutes. He assessed my situation, patched the tire that had a nail in it, and replaced a different tire with the spare I had. He also checked, and fixed, the tire pressure in the other tires. He was very kind, thoughtful, and wonderful to connect with, I am so lucky and grateful to have found him today.

No-start · not the battery
The car suddenly would not start and Stevan showed up in less than 20 minutes. It turned out not to be a battery issue, but some weird computer glitch, which he somehow figured out - after checking everything. It finally started after he tried rebooting the whole system. As a bonus, he fixed my California flag which was not hung properly apparently and I had no idea. Highly recommend. Presented as reliable, honest, and efficient.

I ran out of gas and upon being stuck on the side of the freeway my electrical went out and had no idea what to do! I called SOS and Steven came soo quickly to not only bring gas but he figured out how to fix the car when it wasn't able to jump! He was soo nice and helpful!!! Totally my hero of the day!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! 🌟🌟🌟✔️💯👍

Guy came when AAA wouldn’t and was $200 cheaper than a replacement for battery from dealer. Saved me in a pinch late evening. Best part - under 30 min for a mobile replacement.

Fwy 880 · blowout
Popped a tire on the freeway 880 going south. Frontleft blown out the side wall, back left bubbled as well. This man picked up the phone and gave clear safety instructions. Located me and showed up in less than 15 minutes. Hard to find tires for a Prius, he had one and located a second for a two tire replacement. Even with that added delay to locate the second tire I was turned around from tire pop to good in 2.5 hours! Saved multiple uber rides, a tow fee, drop off and pick up at some shop and a likely delay in the tire acquisition. Really good guy, number saved as well. 10/10 strong strong recommendation

I drove my car into a ditch and not sure what the technician did but he got me back on the road after believing I was going to have to deal with a lot of expenses. SOS Roadside Assistance helped me out of a ditch and repaired my damaged rim and tire. Impossibly unbelievable!

A plug, not a tow
Steven showed up in 10 min and put a plug on my tire, got me to the tire shop. These tires were relatively new so the shop did a plug and patch for free. What Steven did was help me avoid a tow truck fee and teslas ridiculous offer to replace my tire and not patch it.

Very quick and efficient. I highly recommend it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He came out so quickly and was very helpful. Usually all tire people recommend making more money by changing the tire but he was very truthful on patching the tire and took care of me asap. Everyone else was playing games on coming and he came out the fastest.
