SOS Roadside Service helps Tesla drivers in the South Bay with flat tires, at the car. The technician repairs the tire if it can be repaired, puts on your spare if you have one, or a new tire can go on where the car is parked. SOS Roadside Service is an independent roadside service, not affiliated with Tesla.

The job
When a Tesla has a flat
When the tire can be repaired, we repair it. If it can’t and there’s a spare in the car, the spare goes on. With no spare, or only one you don’t want to drive on, a new tire is the next step, and our van is set up as a mobile tire shop for that.
We also service EVs when they require appropriate roadside assistance. Tell us the year and model and what the car is doing when you call.

From a curb ramp to a charging station
In July and August 2026 we worked on Tesla tires at a curb ramp in Mountain View and in a parking lot in North San Jose, both times with a wheel off on the spot. Another Tesla job was a Model S at a charging station.
Wherever yours is, the street and nearest cross street will do. At a charging site, give its name and your stall number. On a freeway shoulder or in a traffic lane, call 911 first if anyone is in danger, and stay away from the lanes.

Can I get roadside assistance for my Tesla?
Yes, for flat tires. SOS Roadside Service comes to Teslas in nine cities from Milpitas to Los Gatos, 7:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week. The technician repairs the tire if it can be repaired, fits the spare if there is one, or a new tire can go on. Call (650) 898-3789.
My Tesla has a flat and no spare. What happens?
If the tire can be repaired, SOS Roadside Service repairs it. If it can’t, a new tire can go on where the car is parked; we look for one in your size, so have the size from the tire’s sidewall ready. The cost depends on the job, so ask when you call.
