Yes. Saratoga is one of the nine South Bay cities we cover, alongside Los Gatos, Campbell, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View and Milpitas.
What are your hours?
7:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. After 8:00pm, our 24/7 emergency dispatch line still answers, and we will tell you right away if a technician is available. After 8:00pm our emergency dispatch line still answers and will tell you straight away whether a technician is available.
Do you tow?
No. We fix the problem where the vehicle is, which is usually faster and cheaper than a tow. If a vehicle genuinely needs a shop, we will say so.
What will it cost?
You get a price before any work starts and you approve it before the technician begins. No charges appear afterwards that you did not agree to.
